The Junior Content & Channel Specialist will work in close collaboration with the Oncology Omnichannel Brand Content Marketeer to support all therapeutic areas brand team colleagues on how to design, produce and distribute content for our channel and platform mix but also manage digital initiatives as well as create and implement content in existing tools and global platforms. Moreover, she/he will help build capabilities amongst marketers to create omnichannel content based on insights and data, utilizing global brand content for local implementation. We are looking for someone who's highly analytical, structured and detail oriented with a marketing and/or scientific background.
Develop and drive the implementation of web, e-mail, social media and video/webinar campaigns in collaboration with brand managers and sales colleagues
Create and manage content for the Web Portal
Co-develop and execute short and long-term measurement plans
Provide recommendations on how to improve our digital KPIs reporting to internal teams
Assist brand managers, CX and other commercial roles in developing a holistic omnichannel strategic brand plan
Introduces and support marketers to A/B testing, trains them in it and ensures a rapid iteration of content with customers
Support the Oncology business unit with recommendations on how to make content omnichannel adapted and orchestrate the use of channels by customer type
Support the search for new and innovative digital capabilities within the Oncology Business Unit to ensure the best experience possible for the customer and patient, e.g web portal
Demonstrate change management capabilities to win hearts and minds and accelerate digital uptake across the Oncology Business Unit
Develops omni-channel best-practices & trainings and actively share them with digital platform functions

Possible location: Brussels, Elsene. This position is not eligible to relocation.
