As part of the Distribution Sales team, you are ING’s face to the market for all transactions where loans and loan- based products are distributed to the wider investor community. Types of transactions include primary loan syndications, secondary loan sales as well as the establishment of partnerships with investors that support our sectors and lending origination efforts. You and your colleagues are responsible for a unified and integrated investor coverage up to CIO level, managing the relationship and loan sales transaction towards investors. Success is defined both by the number of well executed transactions you do and by the quality of market insight you share with your stakeholders.
Your Distribution Sales colleagues are located across 5 global hubs (Amsterdam, Brussels, London, New York & Singapore). You work closely with your Capital Velocity partners within Sectors and Lending, CTO and CMA (LCM, GBSD, CPG and Sector Coverage) taking ownership of the sales strategy and execution of these transactions as well as providing them valuable market insight during the structuring and distribution process. You are continuously aligned with our coverage partners (FM Institutions Sales team and Financial Institutions Sector coverage) to ensure the investor community receives a consistent ING experience. We report to the Global Head of Institutional Sales and Distribution.
On a daily basis you manage relationships and transactions with investors and provide market intelligence to loan origination and loan capital market teams. You will strengthen the wider team to reach the common goals:
