What are you going to do:
As an international recruiter, you will be in charge of French candidates on behalf of our international clients. You will help your colleagues on different projects, before work in complete autonomy on your one projects. This experience will allow you to develop new skills while participating in the development of the company's international recruitment. In addition, you will work in a young, welcoming and dynamic team!
Recruitment :
- Analyze CVs and cover letters
- Ensure the link between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates
- Conduct telephone and interviews
- Prospecting potential customers
Development of services:
- Monitor recruitment campaigns and improve the process
- Set weekly/monthly goals based on customer needs
- Evaluate the results and be proactive

What we ask:
- You're registered as a student

- You speak Dutch and English fluently; you also have a B2 level in French;
- You are available for 3 to 6 months;
- Experience in the field of human resources or recruitment is a plus!
