The role consists of supporting the General Manager GROHE Belux & the HR VP Sales Europe in the daily HR management of the Belux entity. You will be key in supporting recruitment processes, evaluation processes, salary benchmarks and will ensure the administrative follow up of the local HR with the payroll colleague and the international HR organization.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong interest / first academic experience in business management in general and more particularly in the field of Human resources.
