Responsibilities
This internship of 6 months is a great opportunity to discover the full recruitment lifecycle, work closely with business stakeholders, and contribute to identifying and attracting top talent. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations while developing a strong understanding of the talent market.
You will work directly with the Talent Acquisition lead and collaborate with hiring managers across different teams.
Talent sourcing & pipeline building
- Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support the creation and publication of job advertisements
Candidate management
- Conduct initial CV screenings and pre-qualification calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Recruitment operations
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS or internal tools
Employer branding
- Support recruitment campaigns and job posting visibility
- Participate in initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract talent
Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- Interest in recruitment, talent management, or consulting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, curious, and organized
- Comfortable using digital tools and professional networks (LinkedIn)
Languages:
- French or Dutch (mandatory)
- English (professional level)
