Are you the organisational talent who ensures that every conference, wedding or other event runs smoothly?

Do you enjoy organizing and interacting with guests? As a banquet sales intern, you are the point of contact from the very beginning. You have the first contact with the guest through various channels and, by listening carefully, you understand their needs perfectly. This means a lot is expected from you, and you have big responsibilities.

WHAT YOU DO

• You assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, weddings, receptions, and other events
• You help with scheduling appointments
• You process requests
• You give tours to guests
• You handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in
• You make necessary changes
• You are the point of contact for guests who have reserved a room
• You resolve any issues that arise

• You support the banqueting department
