Junior Full-Stack Developer (Angular / Spring Boot / Flutter)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to support the development of a digital platform for managing transport authorization requests and inspections. The project aims to modernize administrative processes, centralize transport data, and provide secure real-time access for agents and field inspectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build front-end applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Develop a Flutter Android application for field inspections
• Design and integrate secure REST APIs
• Work with Oracle databases and support data migration activities
• Implement CI/CD and containerization practices using Docker and DevOps tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application security, audit logging, and role-based access management
• Contribute to Power BI reporting and analytics dashboards
• Produce technical and functional documentation

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience developing Android applications with Flutter
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and data migration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Knowledge of application security best practices (OWASP)
• Experience with Power BI is required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• French: Professional proficiency (C2)

• Hybrid work model
• Approximately 2.5 days per week
• Location: Namur, Belgium
