Role Summary-
As a Junior Tender Specialist, you will support the preparation and submission of public tenders. You will work closely experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams to gather information, prepare tender documents and ensure that submissions are completed on time and in line with customer requirements.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge of public procurement and commercial support activities within the Healthcare sector.
Responsibilities-
- Review tender documents and identify key requirements.
- Support the preparation and submission of tender responses.
- Collect and consolidate information from internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Legal, Finance, etc.).
- Monitor tender deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Ensure tender documentation is complete and accurate prior to submission.
- Maintain tender files and records in an organized manner.
- Support communication with customers and internal teams throughout the tender process.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in Dutch, French, both written and spoken (English is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
- First experience through an internship, apprenticeship or administrative role is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams).
