Job Description

About the role
We are looking for a motivated student to support our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities

• Administratieve taken gelinkt aan ISO 27001
• Verzenden van vragenlijst naar leveranciers, antwoorden opvolgen en documenteren
• Beheer basisdata ( start, stop, opzeg ) contracten
• NDA nakijken en aanvullen in een register
• Algemene ondersteuning bij het aanpassen van documenten
• Aanmaken van templates
• On site presence in Lokeren

Qualifications

• Je kan zeer nauwkeurig werken
• Minimumleeftijd 18 jaar
• Student bachelor of master handelsingenieur, rechten, ICT of gelijkwaardig
• Je bent minstens 4 weken bij voorkeur 6 weken beschikbaar , start vanaf augustus
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
• Plaats tewerkstelling : Lokeren
• Daguren
