What can you expect as an Information Security intern?

As a member of theInformation Security Team, is part of the Risk department, you will contribute to a range of Information Security activities. Your assignments may vary depending on your profile and the team's priorities.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review the effectiveness of security controls, including technical solutions, processes and documentation.
• Contribute to the recertification of privileges and exceptions.
• Trigger, follow up on or execute remediation activities.
• Participate in gap assessments and improvement activities towards ISO 27001 Information Security control objectives.
• Contribute to extending the effective use of AI within the Information Security Team.

Academic profile and knowledge:

• Studies in Security, IT or a relevant field with a foundation in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, Application Security, Endpoint Security and/or AI is an asset.

What can you expect as a Workplace Services | Data & Reporting intern?

Within the Workplace Services team, you will help enhance and structure reporting capabilities related to Workplace activities such as incident management, asset inventory, licence consumption and product adoption.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Consolidate and analyse data from various sources.
• Work with data from incident/request management tools and endpoint device monitoring solutions.
• Leverage the DEX Score to help monitor and improve the Workplace Experience.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support informed operational decision-making.
• Provide management with clear visibility and relevant strategic insights.
• Apply AI prompting techniques to increase the depth and understanding of reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the automation of reporting processes.
• Develop a sustainable and documented reporting framework that can be maintained, understood and adapted by the team after the internship.

Academic profile and knowledge:

• Master's degree studies in IT or a relevant field.
• Skills or interest in reporting, data analysis and presenting insights.
• Familiarity with AI prompting.

What can you expect as a Java Development intern?

Within the Distribution Gateways & Recording teams, you will contribute to the evolution and maintenance of PCS AMTools, an internal application used to monitor message flows, troubleshoot operational issues and automate support activities.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyse and understand business and functional requirements.
• Produce technical design documentation based on functional specifications.
• Collaborate with analysts and technical leads to validate proposed solutions and implementations.
• Develop new features and enhancements in a Java Spring Boot and Angular environment
• Implement and maintain REST APIs and application components.
• Execute unit tests and participate in functional and regression testing activities.
• Investigate, analyse and contribute to resolving application defects and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and apply software development best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in enterprise application development, support and continuous improvement.

Academic profile and knowledge:

• Master's degree studies in IT or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot and Angular.

Moreover:

• You have an internship agreement for a minimum duration of 3 months.
• You are available for a minimum of 3 days per week.

What we offer you

You will receive a meal allowance for each day worked, as well as reimbursement for your commuting expenses between your home and your workplace. Our Trône and Berchem sites also have a company restaurant where you can enjoy your meals.

As an intern, you will work under a flexible schedule. The average working time is set at 7 hours per day. You will also have the possibility to work from home for up to 2 days, depending on the number of days worked per week.
