Answer customer emails and messages in your native language and in English, quickly and warmly. Help customers find perfumes they will love, and resolve order, delivery and payment questions with fulfilment and carriers. You bring native-level Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish plus fluent English, and 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce. Full-time, permanent, remote within the EU or in Dortmund. EUR 48,000-62,000 gross per year plus an annual performance bonus.
