H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. Our customer is at the heart of everything we do. Today, Customer Service has around 3000 employees globally and has so far established 11 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center inMaastricht, the Netherlands, we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 6 different languages.
Your role as a Customer Service Agent:
Your most important responsibility is to make sure that H&M is the customer’s first choice. You accomplish this by offering the best customer service, while answering calls and e-mails. You will assist our Spanish-speaking customers whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments. You will answer questions concerning both the Online Shop and our stores, not only for H&M but also for some of our other brands; COS, &Other Stories and ARKET.
