We are interested in hiring a student software developer to create a proof of concept mobile phone app to demonstrate some specific functionality of a BlueTooth (Ble) wireless device

Wat ga je doen?

The app-developer will be responisble for the development of a mobile phone oriented app.

Target OS is Android and IOS.

The app will communicate over BlueTooth (BLE) with a device. 

The goal of the app is to demonstrate the functionality  of the connected device over wireless communication.

The app-developer will create detailed development requirements derived from the high level description. The app-developer will implement the code, build and compile. Testing of the essential funcitonality is considered an integral part of the development.

The app-develop can choose the development platform deemed most appropriate. this choice shall acount for the necessity to compile for both Android and IOS as target.

The app-developer can expect support from our embedded software development team, on topics such as:

  • description and clarification of the device communication profile and API
  • interpretation and testing of the communication profile
  • technical information on the underlying control network (CAN) and protocol (J1939)
