We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Office Manager to support the local Office Manager with a variety of administrative and organizational hands-on tasks. 

As our fabulous Junior Office Manager, we count on you to: 

  • Be the first point of contact to welcome and assist visitors, new hires or colleagues, referring them to the relevant individual or department
  • Perform general receptionist tasks independently: Manage incoming phone calls, deliveries, and mail distribution. That includes also taking care of outgoing mail and organizing shipments
  • Handle the access control system (badge creation and distribution)
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Act as a role model for cleanliness in the office and keep the reception in good order
  • Handle general facility tasks, such as coordinating repairs or maintenance
  • Taking care of travel arrangements
  • Assist with the organisation of company events (local & global), setting-up trainings and meetings
  • Assist with workplace safety protocols and assist Office Manager in various projects
  • Can you deliver…

  • Proven work experience (around 2 years) in an administrative assistant, facilities or receptionist role 
  • Very good level of English (written & spoken) and very good level of one of the national languages, Dutch or French (written & spoken) ​
  • Excellent organization skills: you need to be able to perform various admin tasks whilst being the first point of contact at the busy reception
  • You describe yourself as well-organized, proactive, resourceful, stress-resistant and are flexible to working hours (the schedule can change).
