Do you have experience in customer service, and you want to live and work in France? Start the summer by becoming a full-time ANWB Dutch Customer Service Agent in Lyon.

What are you doing ? You help ANWB members having problems with their car during their trip to France. Customers call you when they have a problem; your role is to reassure them and ask specific questions in order to provide them with help tailored to their problem. This includes calling a tow truck or quickly finding somewhere to stay. Communication with the customer is mainly in Dutch. Proficiency in English and French is necessary for exchanges with hotels and emergency services.

You speak French ? The answer to this question doesn't have to be a big yes. As a full-time ANWB Dutch Customer Service Agent in Lyon, mastery of the basics of French is sufficient. You dare to speak French and understand others. However, it is necessary that you speak English and Dutch fluently. 

Everything is taken care of! Working in France has never been so simple. ANWB finds accommodation for you in Lyon, in exchange for compensation of €250 per month.

Before starting, you follow a two-week paid training course in Lyon. Training normally starts on May 21, 2024, however, we have other dates you can start. You learn more about the nature of your work, learn to master computer systems, as well as get to know your colleagues. At the end of this training, you start working directly. 

You therefore start on May 21, 2024 (you can start later). You have a contract of 35 hours per week. You can work more hours if you want; these overtime hours are paid more. The ANWB telephone line is open Monday to Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. Your working hours will be distributed between this time slot. Your contract ends on September 1, 2024.
