Mission

Is responsible on his perimeter of all application development & maintenances activities and compliance with service levels and commitments.

Accountable for:

• IT projects and services in a distributed delivery mode (incl. offshore);
• Relationships with the client;
• Team management;
• Compliance;
• The quality of deliverables and service;
• Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager;

Activities

• Responsible for quotes and validation of all specifications submitted to the Customer
• Consolidates actual & remaining workload, determines loading plans and performs reporting.
• Consolidates the month-end billing statement
• Ensures the quality of services, compliance with service commitments, completeness and quality of deliverables.
• Seeking to improve the productivity and quality of service.
• Ensures the management of risks / issues and participates in (crisis) management meetings.
• Ensures the availability of resources necessary for carrying out the delivery.
• Coordinates the execution of the work teams he is responsible for
• On the project evolution organizes the coordination with other projects when needed. Organizes alignment meetings with other project teams impacted by the change, he is the point of reference for GSIT members for all information related to these projects or developments.
• Supports team production tasks (e.g. preparation of functional specifications, technical ...).
• Validates key deliverables and guarantees the delivered solution.
• Prepares and coordinates the monitoring committees at the customer.
• Implements any preventive or corrective action in order to carry out the delivery and guarantee the result.
• Establish and ensure the progress of action plans.
• Implement processes and tools deployed in the SAP Service Delivery Model
• Manages and controls the activities of subcontractors (internal and external).
• Writes mission orders of his team members.
• Performs employee assessment interviews.
