Talent Manager

​With offices in Paris, Luxembourg and Brussels, Taleo Consulting provides customers with solutions, from a strategic approach to the delivery of business and IT projects, constantly seeking to create value. To insure our growth and to strengthen our team, we are looking for our next Junior Talent Manager.

Wat ga je doen?

After a deep introduction to the company's structure & organization, you will be trained on the business environment. your main tasks will be:

• Working in direct collaboration with the different business managers

• Collecting and analyzing the managers' needs

• Sourcing, hunting and developing a network of specialized consultants using internal data, our local ERP, various job boards and social networks

• Identifying and qualifying potential candidates

• Interviewing potential consultants (real physical interviews in our offices)

• Help shape the consultants' careers and guide them toward new missions

• In charge of various Ad-hoc tasks related to the company's life like community management, organization of company's events,

Wat wij vragen

  • • You hold /are getting a Master degree in Business, HR or any related studies

    • • You have strong communication skills (Oral and Written)

    • You have a fun attitude

    • You are curious, involved and results-oriented

    • You want to discover the consulting world

    • You are fluent in French and English
