As a Customer Service Agent, you will represent Globys and its Telecom Management services at the customer’s office in Brussel. You will drive the delivery of the highest possible customer service level as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
You will support the customers face to face and via the online Telecom Management platform. Customers will contact you with various questions concerning their mobile business phone.
As Customer Service Agent, you are their go-to-person and it's your concern to solve telecom issues the most efficient and accurate way.These issues include for example mobile
device handouts and mobile operator subscription activations and changes. You will help employees with questions, handle the support process and administer changes in the Globys Telecom Management portal.
You will become part of the local IT team of dedicated professionals, however your role will have an
independent character. Therefore, this role demands a high level of flexible and proactive skills, as we expect our Customer Service Agent to be able to operate on their own. You will mostly communicate in English and Dutch, both verbally and in written form. Clear and confident communications skills are required for
oral, written and face-to-face settings.

You will be based in Brussel at the office of one of our clients for at least 2 months.
